Letter of Agreement

Purchasing a design package with The Interior Impact signifies that you read and agree to the below Letter of Agreement.

  • All typical correspondence will take place via email as this is a virtual service.

  • If you would like to secure your package and are not ready for The Interior Impact to start designing, please let me know your desired time frame during our initial ‘Welcome’ Email correspondence period.

  • Purchasing your design package will place you into The Interior Impact queue. Current turnaround times 1-2 weeks. Once we begin your design, you will be notified via email.

  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds after the design phase has been started. Clients are given 5 business days to submit the E-Design questionnaire and provide all information requested. We will make 4 attempts to contact by email or phone (method of communication is at our discretion). If we don’t receive a response to our email or phone attempts, the order is subject to cancellation without refund.

  • For all design packages, you will expect revisions within 5 business days after initial design delivery.

  • You recognize that because this is a virtual (online) design, we have not and cannot see every item that we recommend in person. we will use our design expertise along with reviews to ensure high quality items that will fit within your design. Items can appear different than expected in person than online or in your design. This is a associated risk with online design we will help you to facilitate replacement if this does happen up to 3 items.

  • Therefore, you are prepared to bring the space to life post design delivery due to the risk associated with items going out of stock. There is a 1 or 2 week post design support for Glow and Luxe packages if you want us to reselect an item that has recently went out of stock. After that, clients may continue to check sites for restock or self-seek comparable items.

  • The Interior Impact often shares our client designs on social media. Please let me know upfront if you prefer your designs not be shared with others.
